Propolis tincture is a solution of propolis in alcohol with antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral properties, used to strengthen the immune system and treat various respiratory, skin, and oral conditions.
Can be used internally for throat ailments or to prevent colds, and topically for wounds and skin problems.
Recommended Use
10 to 15 drops in water, 1 or 2 times a day for mild respiratory symptoms or 2 or 3 drops directly into the throat if inflammation is localized"
